I'm Sarah. I am eighteen. I identify as androgynous because gender is kind of silly. I like books, and art, and John Hughes and Harry Potter and theatre and Homestuck. I am an Honor Thespian. I enjoy stabbing holes in myself, in the form of piercings and more recently tattoos. I draw and I write and I act and I take pictures. Francesca Lia Block is my ultimate inspiration. Police brutality is an awful thing. And I understand making a statement.
But is burning your own town to the ground the only way to do that? No. it’s not. And it’s not the best way either.
Is the answer to all of our problems found in police forces and armies? No.
But you aren’t going to find it by burning everything down either.
